DESIGN BRIEF!!!:}

Problem:: People are cyber bullying other people, and its causing depression and suicides.

WHAT!!;D

I would make a video why cyber bulling is wrong and show how it can effect someones life, like it can impact it really hard and show them how its very bad. I will like to make a really good movie though you now like a video that would make you wanna cry or feel sympathy for that person cause we should. Like no matter what its just cyber bullying or any other kind of bullying needs to stop.

It is very important because people kill themselves cause people tell them stuff, it
isn’t right. No one should feel that bad and then kill themselves it just sad and it
needs to stop.

Everybody anyone can cyber bully someone even adults well that’s if they
are immature.
4.            What is the behavior your looking to change?
For people to stop being mean over the Internet and real life.

5.            Why doesn’t the audience already engage in this behavior?
Because they do see it but they don’t stop it they just be like ok.


6.            What emotional appeal can you make?
Very sad.

If you were on Facebook and someone calls you name and say you’re not worth
anything and that no one wants them cruel stuff like that actually impacts them
hardcore.

Well nothing but in their head they are probabley thinking bad things likewow they

hmmm,;)

America Offline is a group of people who is trying to get or let other people who cant afford the Internet, it helps them actually get Internet when they need it. This group travels and helps people like that. That mostly all. Other thing American offline does is that people are suffering from " digital divide ", and that what this group of adults are trying to prevent. Millions of people are suffering from it and they are trying to stop it. They want all of the world to be apart of the Internet thing.


Digital Divide would impact the student very bad. Digital divide isn't something that we want as students. If we had digital divide it would be really hard for us to look up information or just to communicate through Internet. If we didn't have Internet theres really nothing any of us will have cause if you think bout it, mostly everything is made by technology.


Unequal Access hmm it would be really tough for us in the future. What would we really have if we didn't have stuff like that. We do need Internet for school, jobs, and to just entertain. And allot of people have jobs and if you don't have Internet if you need it for your ob your pretty screwed.


Innovators like if we didn't have the Internet we wouldn't learn much like at all. We would become all dumb and crap, then there would be a world of dummy's. We wouldn't be smart to the people that do have computers and technology and what not. Other ways we could get access is to move to somewhere that does have Internet.


Final recommendations like the government giving us money or someone that would donate money to us that do need Internet. That would be really nice and we would have Internet if they do give us the money or like the president.


Well we could do allot we cans tart fundraisers so that we can get money and then afford the Internet or whatever we need to get Internet. we can make it ourselves or like invent something greater then computers, or something that we all can to to help each other get Internet.


To use the Internet in a good way not in horrible ways. like invasions or like saying mean things bout someone use it in a positive way.

ATTITUDES,CX

I rate this one a 3 cause i wasn't always positive bout myself or the project. I could have done so much better. I should have been like OH YEAH!! But i wasnt so thats bad for me haha c: i need to be positve next time. This is bad if im bnot a good positive person. Peoples attitudes should have been motivation to myself cause i did watt to get a good grade on this project, so next time i need to be a better person to myself and the stuff i working on and believe i am going to get a good grade.

I rate this one a 4 cause i evaluated myself on the plan, crate, and investigate. I didn't have a project so i had to use my things i had already did. I thought if the thing didn't shut down on me i would have a pretty good project. I am a good student (: In the end this was a pretty easy project for me i just needed more like motivation to do my very best on it. I guess i should have done everything smoother and better but i like my end results for my project. I wish one thing thought, i wish i had better attitudes for this project, i feel like i was always negative about the project and that i couldn't do it but i could in reality.

I rate this one a 1.When i was creating i wanted to like make it all cool. Like really cool i wanted the six graders to go wow but it was really hard cause i was working on my project on goantimate, and then it stopped working all random. So the teacher made me erase it and i had to find other ways to do my project. I wanted my video to be the one the six graders only got but i couldn't do that cause the source i was using shut down on me. I  felt like awesome cause I was almost done creating my project i just needed more clips that's all.

I rate myself a 2 also on this one because i just wrote what i was going to do on a piece of paper. To summarize what i wrote was that i would make the girl character talking bout how she doesn't get the design cycle. Then the friends walk up and say oh you need help like then he helps her. He says what the design cycle is and then at the end the girl understood what he said and then see would be successful. I only put that much for the plan part of the design cycle. I myself thought it wasnt alot but i got all the design cycles out and i put what they mean and i was pretty sure the sixth graders would understand.

INVESTIGATE:)

I give myself a 2 because, i really didn't know what to do at first. Also i didn't know what to choose as my project. i was like stuck all the time its pretty sad. Anyways i needed allot of investigating to do and i didn't do it allot. Then i found goantimate and thought it was really cool actually but the voices i hated. I needed to find ways to teach six graders the design cycle. So i thought goantimate would teach them that's, so i choose to do goantimae. At first i was like i will have them bring up the design cycle and that's how they will figure out the design cycle. I thought my investigation was really good now it was off to plan.

10. Write a short statement of what you are going to make, why you are going to make it, and for whom you are making it. I'm going to make a video explaining the design cycle. i chose this one cause it was the easiest for me. I'm doing this for the sixth graders.

11. What are the requirements for this assignment? The requirements for this project is to teach the six graders the design cycle.
12. What are the limitations you have with this assignment? i don't even know the design cycle so its going to be difficult for me to teach them.
13. How will you "test" your presentation? I'll get a fifth grader or some little kid to see if they get my video.

INVESTAGATION REFELECTION

I give myself a 3-4 because i wasn't all that good with putting all my ideas or information into paragraphs like they were to small. i didn't know what to write bout either like i knew what i wanted to write but i guess i didn't know how to explain it. in the end i thought i did a pretty good job. i fixed it and made the paragraphs longer and i wrote a lot ha ha c: well the amount i thought was a lot.(: i identified the problem but not right away its later on in the paragraph i don't know why but yeah. so i guess thats a thumbs up for me. and i used all my ideas so thats also good.(: so yeah!<3

Goanitmate (:

  Music -this helps the sixth grader by helping them concentrate. Usually people listen to music when they are working to help them stimulate their mind in doing their work . Also it helps them by having fun while doing their work. They can be singing and stuff while there doing there work. I like to listen to music while I'm doing my work because i feel like chill and not overwhelmed by anything. i feel more concentrated in my homework or whatever I'm working on at the time. i like listening to Lil Wayne haha(: his cool;p I also think the six graders would love to be listening to music while there working. WHO DOESN'T LIKE MUSIC?? haa(; So that's a bonus for them.
  Fonts- I give fonts a 5 because like its really cool that you can be switching the fonts when ever you want its pretty pimp. (: Like its also fun and  i think you would get a good grades for being creative or whatever. I like putting different kinds of fonts and changing the color of the words to PURPLE!!;D or any other color. But it should be acceptable to the teachers though. Usually they make us use the ugly dull fonts:l. So sometimes you can change your fonts, but other times you wont be able to. I don't know why they make us the weird looking fonts but i guess thats ok. It would be better if they let us do whatever fonts we would like to show our expressions while writing our paper etc. 
  Characters- I gave a 3 because yes they will be talking and all that good stuff, but i personally don't think its all cool or anything haha i think there pretty weird. They will be talking to each other bout the design cycle and how it works for the six graders. I'm trying to make them be specific so it will be a little easier to understand what they are trying to explain, but other then that its pretty good but i still rate it a 3. I really don't think they will be fascinated by this little clip but I'm hoping they will, because i want them to understand what the design cycle is so they can be successful. I can also get a good grade.
 Simplicity- I gave a 2 because i don't think this project is easy i was never good in tech i don't know why it just isn't the thing i like to do. Like yes face book butt not all teach and stuff it just weird to me not fun at all. Plus i don't even know a lot bout the design cycle and now i have to teach it to a six grader when i don't even know what it is. I honestly don't think this is easy, I'm doing this video on go animate its like some weird voices talking and there just standing there talking, but i have to tell them what to say so its kinda hard since i don't know what the design cycle is about. So its going to be hard for me to teach them the design cycle so i need like a lot of work to be done or just to ask people. but i hope I'm successful in the end because, i want to help the six graders and i cant if i don't try or anything.
  
Simplicity- i gave a 2 because, Comic master is not easy its really hard. well for me if i choose this one it would take more then two weeks to finish. Comic master is this little activity that you ca  create your  own like sayings as in like oh my god what happened something like that. like superman comic books yeah like that. Its just all weird to like you have to be really creative to do this. I'm not the creative type that's why i chose Goantimate not this one. no offence to comic master. So yes this is very hard not easy. i wouldn't want to do this, plus yes i know maybe the sixth graders think that comic books are like awesome and stuff but it really isn't. If we asked a six grader to do this i don't think they would be able to do it. Not to be rude or anything i cant even do it so yeah.
Fonts-  i rate a 2 There OK like i don't think you can have specific fonts, they look weird to me not like wow that's awesome. Its just oh okay fonts. It really isn't a like good tool or anything for this activity. This one just doesn't seem cool to me or nothing its just there. Like you can have different kinds of fonts on Goantimate more then like two theres a lot of other fonts. i just think Goantimate is better but that's my opinion. So i rate this one a 2 not a really big fan of this font type so yeah.
Music- I rate this one a 3 because when you do comic books you have to have the music to go with it. Like you cant have like Lil Wayne singing when a superman is flying i just think that's pretty weird like who does that that just seems pretty dumb. You have to have a specific song like dun dun dun or something like that a superman song or something, but i don't think the sixth graders are going to like that cause they listen to 104 and stuff so why would they like songs with no words in it? So no the music wouldn't really be a good idea for this. you probably be all con fused because the characters would be saying something then Nicki Minaj comes out out of nowhere so its uh okay.
Characters- I rate a 1 because there really isn't any good characters like i think its pretty useless all of this cause you can do something better then what they give you. theses characters are like not weird something else but i don't know what really like its hard to explain because i really don't have anything to say is that i wouldn't use the characters they give us. I wouldnt use any of it the tools suck. Also the characters arent useful to me like i would make my own characters if i had the choice. But i don't so might as well not use any of it right.? I really don't like how all of this works.
